You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Services
VibzCloud provides AI-powered music generation tools that allow users to create songs, beats, and other audio outputs from text or lyrics.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. User Content

You retain rights to music you generate using the Service.

You grant VibzCloud a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display generated content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your input and use of generated music complies with copyright and applicable laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

Uploading illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

Reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service (software, brand, designs) belongs to VibzCloud. Users own their generated content subject to these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. VibzCloud does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibzCloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles.
